Jason W. Adkins joined Bluebird Fiber in March of 2024. He is a twenty nine-year fiber industry veteran, most recently serving as CEO of Unite Private Networks. Adkins also served as a part of the management teams with Windstream, Kentucky Data Link, Inc, (KDL), Level 3 Communications, TelCove, Conterra Networks and KMC Telecom. Adkins earned a B.B.A. in Marketing with a minor in Economics from James Madison and earned an MBA from Radford University.

Travis Noble, entered his role as Chief Revenue Officer at Bluebird Fiber in July of 2024. He boasts 31 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Enterprise, K-12 and Government Sales at Unite Private Networks (UPN)/Segra. In this role, he led the company’s enterprise sales activities across the West, Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Texas.
Under his nine years of leadership at UPN/Segra, the company realized significant growth across their footprint.
Previously, Travis operated as the Vice President and General Manager of both Level 3 Communications and TW Telecom after his time with MCI Communications.
Travis earned a Bachelor of Arts from Iowa State University.

Elliott Gillespie serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for Bluebird Fiber, where he brings 25+ years of industry expertise and leadership to oversee multiple critical functions within the company. In his current role, Elliott manages the Network Operations Center (NOC), ensuring seamless customer service through effective change management and comprehensive SLA (Service Level Agreement) reporting. He also leads the Service Delivery and Carrier Relations department, driving the delivery of high-quality services and maintaining strong partnerships with key carriers.
Elliott oversees Bluebird Fiber’s IT department, which encompasses software development, ensuring the company’s technological infrastructure remains innovative and adaptive to industry demands. Additionally, he manages Bluebird’s two state-of-the-art data centers, Bluebird Underground and Bluebird Quad City, both of which are pivotal to the company’s operations and customer solutions.
A strong advocate for sustainability and corporate responsibility, Elliott leads initiatives around Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), focusing on workplace health, safety, and environmental sustainability to align with Bluebird Fiber’s values, strategic goals, and Net Zero commitments.
Elliott’s journey with Bluebird Fiber began in 2007 when he joined the company as an operations technician. Over the years, he demonstrated exceptional dedication, technical expertise, and leadership, earning him multiple promotions culminating in his current executive position. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping Bluebird Fiber into a leading telecommunications provider.
KELLY HARRELL
VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE
Kelly Harrell, Vice President of Finance at Bluebird Network, has been an integral part of the company’s leadership team since joining in February 2022. A licensed CPA in the state of Missouri, Kelly brings over 15 years of experience in financial management, with a strong background in public accounting, specializing in audit and assurance.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with businesses across various industries, providing financial oversight, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing best practices in financial reporting. Her expertise in auditing and assurance has given her a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of financial operations, allowing her to drive strategic financial planning and risk management at Bluebird.
With a commitment to accuracy and efficiency, Kelly plays a crucial role in maintaining the company’s financial health and supporting its continued growth in the fiber industry. Her leadership and analytical approach help ensure that Bluebird remains financially strong, agile, and well-positioned for future expansion.
